What do should I do if my order does not arrive? If your order does not arrive or if there are items missing from it, please notify us so we can arrange immediate dispatch of the missing goods. (Please be sure to check carefully inside all the packaging)
Will Lumicycle pass on my personal details to any third parties? All data held by us is for the sole use of Lumicycle UK Ltd and will not be passed to any third parties. We are fully registered with the Data Protection Agency as required by the Data Protection Act.
