Can I order spare parts for my Lumicycle system?

Yes.Lumicycle systems are designed to be fully serviceable from top to bottom and not thrown away. The majority of parts used in our systems can be replaced. If you wish to order a replacement part and it is not on the website, please call us and we will do our best to help you.

Will Lumicycle carry out repairs to my light system and if so, will they charge me?

Lumicycle does carry out repairs. If the system is still in warranty and the problem is due to faulty parts and workmanship we will do this at no cost to the user. If the warranty has expired, we will do all we can to help but this is likely to incur a charge.

There is something wrong with my Lumicycle system? What should I do?
