All our orders come with a ten day no-quarrel money back guarantee.
So if you have ordered via the website, simply fill out our Returns Form and return the goods to Lumicycle within ten days of the date you received them and we will refund your purchase price. If you have ordered by telephone, please notify us of your wish to do so within ten days and return the products to us, to receive your refund.
Any loss or damage to any returned products is entirely at risk to the customer. Lumicycle recommend using an insured and registered service to return products to us.
After the ten day period, we cannot accept products that are no longer covered by the warranty. Lumicycle judges and resolves any returns outside of the ten day guarantee time, on a case-to-case basis.
Mechanical Parts, Batteries and Chargers purchased have a 1 year return to base warranty against faulty parts or workmanship.
Halogen or Halide lamps have a 6 month warranty.
The warranty does not cover any damage which results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster or any unauthorised disassembly, repair or modification. Nor will Lumicycle be responsible for any consequential loss arising from failure or malfunction of product.
At Lumicycle we want you to be confident that you have the full support of our technical team when making a purchase. If any product is faulty we will ensure it is repaired and returned to you with the least disruption. You should email us or call us as soon as you are aware of the problem. Give us as much detail as you can. One of our technicians will then discuss with you the best course of action. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning / Posting Batteries
Please be aware that Royal Mail / Parcel Force classes 'separate' Lithium ion, nickel metal hydride (NiMH) and nickel cadmium (NiCd) batteries as prohibited items. Consequently if you try and post your Lumicycle battery via their courier services, they will not deliver the package and 'dispose of it accordingly'. Please therefore use an alternative courier service that accepts these battery types. We use UPS and we've known other customers to use MyHermes / Yodel, but we would always recommend checking with the courier service before posting your item.
